front elevation Our next renovation project is under construction at 4727 North Lowell. Located on the northwest side in the Mayfair Neighborhood, this area is east of our last several projects which were in the Portage Park neighborhood. The small, brick Georgian style house will get a full renovation with a generous rear, two story addition. Located on the southeast corner of Lowell and Leland Avenues, this house will get huge amounts of sunlight from three exposures. overgrown rear yard The rear yard was overgrown and heavily wooded with numerous trees and shrubs, it was like a mini forest. The site was cleared with the trees and vegetation removed.
