With concrete foundations done, the framing has has been completed.  The new two-story addition exterior shell and interior walls are now finished.  The new area from the addition has increased the size of the original house x two.  The master bedroom will have a  15 foot high volume ceiling with two skylights and large areas of windows.

With the recent mid-January break in the cold weather, we were able to get the concrete side walks set up and  poured.  A grade level concrete patio with a fire pit was incorporated into the rear yard area. Along with a new wood deck, these two elements will contribute to a great outdoor space suitable for relaxing or entertaining.  The remaining space between the deck and the garage will become a landscaped yard with a wood privacy fence.

With the framing complete, the interior plumbing piping will continue this week.  Mechanical and electrical work will start next week.   Inspections, insulation and drywall to follow.
